Family Support Services Community Newsletter & Announcements

The Family Support Services Community Newsletter (formally the Prevention Community Newsletter), with over 60,000 subscribers, connects professionals, families, parents, and children by sharing a variety of information to support strong, thriving families. I was assigned to create the newsletter each month before transitioning to TX HHSC. There were a few updates I made when I first took over the assignment, such as ensuring the newsletter went out earlier in the month instead of mid-month, and that my child and I completed activities and crafts before sharing them with our subscribers.

I also monitored newsletter analytics and updated the subscriber list quarterly.​
